Description:   Architrave revetment with convex fascia above the cornice (0.3 x 0.17 x 0.075) and flat fascia (0.3 x 0.08x 0.033) below cornice; flat fascia (Th. 0.04) at thinnest point. Cornice consists of raised fillet (Th. 0.02), double reverse cyma (Th. 0.012, Th. 0.017), and lower raise fillet (Th. 0.007).
Decoration:   Cornice smoothed while both convex fascia and flat fascia show tool marks. Back side very smooth. Similar tool marks and proportions to architrave blocks of West Shops (Williams 1993, "Roman Corinth as a Commercial Center", p. 37).
Material:   Coarse-grained white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of cornice and both fascia above and below it. Some chunks chipped off cornice; entire block weathered.
