Description:   Decanter: two-handled jug. Broad disk base; flat, wide, shallow wheel groove set within periphery. Broadly pulvinated body. Tall, flaring neck. Collar rim; outward thickened, bevelled. Two strap handles set at about 45 degrees to one another; vertical, from shoulder to rim; central vertical ridge. Glazed bands on rim, inside and out, on foot and at and above greatest diameter.
Decoration:   Orangish thin brown glaze.
Material:   Fine soft Corinthian clay fired yellow.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/6 (yellow)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Four frgts., preserving complete jug.
Period:   5th c. B.C.
