Description:   Bowl with upper part of flaring ring foot, with flat resting surface, with central medallion. Similar to C-1937-1984 (Corinth 11).
Decoration:   Mottled green glaze all over except on interior of foot. Impressed design of bird or griffin (?).
Material:   Coarse light gray with rare, medium, rounded, orange inclusions; with rare, fine, angular, fine voids
Munsell Color:   One side 2.5YR 7/4 (pale yellow) one side 7.5YR 8/2 (pinkish white)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving small piece of upper most part fo foot, preserving small part of central medallion.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
