Description:   Small bowl or cup with nearly horizontal floor, vertical body, narrow rim offset by ridge, tapered rounded lip. Similar to C-1936-368.
Decoration:   Exterior: running spirals in white slip on body. White stripe on lip, with dash below it. Clear glaze on exterior, overlapping interior of rim.
Material:   Red clay with rare white inclusions and two angular platy voids.
Munsell Color:   2.5YR 6/6 (light red)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving small part of upper body to lip.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
