Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot with rounded resting surface, interior of foot continuing onto flat floor, partly articulated by groove. Shallow wide flaring body, slightly upturned lip. Similar to C-1934-620 (Corinth 11).
Decoration:   Interior: 2 concentric circles on floor; in field diamond with spiral filler; large pendant triangle hanging from lip with spiral filler. Row of dots on lip. Yellow glaze on interior and over lip.
Material:   Moderately fine pink clay fired buff at surface, grayer to pinkish at core, with rare coarse very large spherical white inclusions and rare fine voids.
Munsell Color:   Tanner than 7.5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving 1/2 foot, 1/8 lip.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
