Description:   Hemispherical bowl curving up to an inturned rim with rounded lip. Cylindrical stand slightly flaring, rounded lip attaches to bowl below and at rim to form and even double lip separated by a groove. Vertical handle square in section, attaches to upper body below rim and lower body.
Decoration:   White slip inside and out. Appliqué relief outside consisting of an acrobat somersaulting over the stoking hole, a bearded trumpeter in a peaked cap and an animal protome. Eagle with folded wings on handle. Green and Brown Painted I/II. Yellow glaze appears greenish yellow over white slip highlighted with lines of green and brown glaze.
Material:   Medium Hard, reddish yellow (Munsell 5 YR 6/6) with black and white inclusions. Smooth conchoidal break.

Condition:   Fragment. Six (two non-joining) frgts., preserving one handle and about 1/4 upper stand, upper bowl and rim. Joins with handle frgt.: C-1934-1458.
