Description:   Plate with very low vertical ring foot, narrow flattened resting surface, flat undersurface. Start of nearly horizontal body.
Decoration:   White slip over all. On floor, central medallion framed by ring of beads within which a plain band. In center, bird to rt. Eye is a dotted circle with long tail. Remainder plain. Floral filler. Compass point at center. Light yellow glaze on interior, becoming clear on exterior of body.
Material:   Fine light red clay.
Munsell Color:   Ca. 2.5YR 5.5/6
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., all of foot, floor. Edges of foot chipped.
