Description:   Plate with flaring ring foot, flat undersurface, slightly convex walls. Similar to C-1936-817 (Corinth 11).
Decoration:   Yellow glaze on exterior. White slip and pale yellow glaze on interior. Foliage in the center of two cincentric circles painted on center of walls in brown slip.
Material:   Pinkish gray clay with sandy tan inclusions with rare angular platy voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 7/2 (pinkish gray)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving about 1/2 foot and slightly less than 1/4 walls. Edge of interior caked in mud.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
