Description:   Bowl with slightly flaring foot, round restign surface and undersurface, broad shallow body.
Decoration:   Yellow glaze on interior. Sets of 4 or 5 incised parallel lines in rows intersecting towards center. Similar to C-1933-858 (Morgan 1942, Corinth 11, cat. 173).
Material:   Pale brown clay, fired pink, with few small and medium subrounded spherical and tabular red and gray inclusions, and few angular platy and subrounded spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving approx. half of foot and floor.
Period:   Middle Byzantine (802-1058 AD)
