Description:   Juglet with flat bottom, ovoid body with max diam. Below median, straight flaring neck, vertical strap handle. Similar to C-1936-529 (Morgan 1942, Corinth 11, cat. 53).
Decoration:   Greenish-brown glaze on exterior, except lower body and bottom. Grooved lines on neck.
Material:   Coarse reddish yellow clay with few medium and large subrunded platy and spherical white inclusions, and frequent small and medium angular platy and rounded spherical voids
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving vessel from bottom to start of neck, and start of handle.
Period:   Middle Byzantine (802-1058 AD)
