Description:   Pitcher with flat bottom with beveled edge, short stem, ovoid body with max. diam. at ca. H00.056, tall cylindrical rim. Vertical handle attached to upper body.
Decoration:   Possible white slip over most of body; lustrous green glaze over upper half body and rim; drip on interior.
Material:   Fine hard-fired clay, buff at surface, light red at core, scattered tiny white, sparkling inclusions, fewer black.
Munsell Color:   Surface; slightly pinker than 10YR 7/3; core, 5YR 5/8
Condition:   Missing parts. 1994: five joining frgts., preserving complete bottom, 4/5 body, nearly half rim without lip,handle base. Drawing in FIB shows complete profile,handle. Fresh breaks, old glue.
