Description:   Plate with high ring foot with compound profile: upper half vertical, lower flaring; flat resting surface, convex undersurface. Straight flaring body rising at 30 degrees.
Decoration:   Impressed central medallion: 8-point rosette with 4 long, 4 short slender petals and lozenge motives grouped in threes in field within a barred border. Yellow glaze with brown specks on interior; drips on exterior.
Material:   Hard-fired white clay with rare tiny red, black inclusions.
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining frgts. 9/10 ring of foot with only small part of full profile; most of floor, start of body.
