Description:   Bell krater with convex lower body.
Decoration:   Red-figure on exterior: lower border of maeander; reserved ground line; lt. to rt., leg of figure striding or lunging to lt., foot resting on toes only; figure wears legging decorated with rows of horizontal lines crossed by groups of vertical lines, and soleless boot with loops for lacings; in front of this foot is an unintelligible object just above ground painted white; behind boot is leg of second figure standing with legs apart, wearing legging decorated with black zigzags alternating with rows of dots; at upper rt. break a round white object. Added red in reserved portions. Interior black glazed.
Material:   Fine buff clay with pale pinkish cast where thickest, without visible inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder than 10YR 8/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving lower body; glaze well preserved.
