Description: | Shallow bowl with small ring foot, low wide-flaring body, tapered lip. Horizontal rolled handles. | |
Decoration: | Black figure style. Lip glazed; handle zone reserved; body fully painted with horizontal red stripes; short rays at base. Edges of ring foot painted; resting surface reserved; undersurface reserved with one circular band around central dot. Interior: broad glazed band below lip; large figure of Typhon which fills all the interior. Filling ornament: incised spoked rosettes, cross rosettes with cross incisions. | |
Material: | Grayish pale yellow. Black paint and applied purple mostly gone. | |
