Description:   Cyma kantharos with stem foot, flat resting surface and concave undersurface, with molded exterior in two degrees; tall lower with straight sloping side ending in beveled edge, upper a medium-wide beveled ring on stem. Medium conical stem attached to foot by curve. Tall body with convex lower body. Vertical strap handle with rectangular thumb rest attaching to just below lip and upper body.
Decoration:   West Slope style. Black glaze all over.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay with rare fine black and sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. 8 joining frgts., preserving foot, stem, lower body. Black glaze very worn. C-47-288a, b, c, d, e parts of the same vessel.
