Description:   Bowl with flarinb ring foot, narrow round resting surface, flat undersurface. Body straight flaring at ca. 30 degrees to H00.027, then turns more steeply to broad outturned rim W00.036, with raised lip around inner circumference.
Decoration:   Chalky white slip on interior, over exterior of rim, upper body, smears on lower half. Incised concentric circles in center of floor - 2, one on body at midheight, 1 broad one below rim, one on lip, one on either circumference of rim. On rim finely incised chevron alternating with spiral ending in flower. Smears of brown on rim ornaments. Clear glaze on interior. ON exterior: broad groove below lip, one at base of rim, two on body at articulation. Clear glaze on upper half of rim, drips on lower body.
Material:   Fine red-brown clay (breaks covered).
Munsell Color:   5YR 5/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Four joining frgts., complete profile; complete foot, 1/5 body, 1/4 rim. RIP.
