Description:   Ladle or dipper with round bottom in so far as preserved, hemispherical body rising to very slightly everted rim with round lip; horizontal handle with semicircular section, projecting from rim.
Material:   Very dark gray to black clay with hackly to conchoidal break; frequent large to very large angular spherical to tabular black inclusions (burnt).
Munsell Color:   5YR 3/1
Condition:   Missing parts. Six joining frgts., complete profile except for bottom, 1/4 body, nearly half rim, part of handle. Burning on interior and top of handle. Two non-joining frgts. left in lot. Joins, 1999: 2 frgts. of lower body.
