Description: | Krater with deep flaring convex body, two wheel grooves define edges of handle zone, body turns concave just above handle and flares outward to rim in two degrees, upper vertical tapered lip and lower horizontal rounded lip with a wheel groove separating the two, sharp break between upper lip and interior wall, deep groove on interior upper edge of handle zone, horizontal canted handle pressed close to the body attached at upper part of body. Similar to C-47-256 (Corinth VII.iii no. 705), C-65-532 (Corinth XVIII.i no. 645). | |
Material: | Coarse red clay with frequent medium to very large spherical rounded white lime and angular white, gray, and dark red inclusions and few large voids. | |

Condition: | Fragment. Six joining frgts., 1/4 body, 1/4 rim, one handle. Traces of burning on interior and exterior. | |
