Description:   Bowl with flaring ring foot in two degrees, resting surface bisected by groove, flat undersurface, hemispherical body, ridge at join between body and underside of rim, wide downturned rim with rounded lip. Similar to J.-P. Morel, Ceramique Campanienne: Les Formes, 1981, p. 108, no. 1341a, pl. 15.
Decoration:   Black glazed over all interior and exterior, reserved undersurface of foot except for groove, stamped palmette decoration between two concentric grooves along edges of rim, palmettes stamped in cross formation on floor.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay with rare sparkling inclusions and 2% voids
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 8/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Complete profile. Single fragment preserves complete foot, body and 2/3 rim; glaze well preserved, fabric at break on rim shows signs of burning. Breakage pattern on rim mirrors that of C 2006 21.
