Description:   Circular strainer lid with flat base, horizontal body tapering in thickness from edge ot center, three concentric finger grooves on upper surface of body around basket handle placed in the center, cylindrical perforations scettared throughout body, vertical rounded lip.
Material:   Coarse pink clay, with common, medium to large, spherical and tabular, sub-rounded and angular, black, brown, white, and red inclusions, with common, medium, tabular and platy, sub-rounded and angular voids.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5YR 7/4 (pink), Core: 10YR 6/3 (pale brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. Four joining fragments preserve approximately 20% of body and rim, approximately 25% of handle. Blackened on edge of base, exterior body wall, and parts of lip.
