Description:   Pitcher with round bottom with concave undersurface, tall ovoid body with max. diam. at midpoint, cylindrical neck to flaring trefoil rim with rounded lip. One flattened oval strap handle attached at mid-body and top of lip. Similar to C-1935-557 (Edwards 1975, Corinth 7.3, cat. 747) which is from possibly Early Roman context in Forum.
Material:   Medium coarse brown clay with few small-medium subrounded and angular tabular white and orange inclusions rare small angular tabular light gray inclusions and rare small voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 5/6 (brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. Eleven joining frgts., preserving most of base, body, rim and one handle.
