Description:   Mortar with raised disk base with flat undersurface to convex body with vertical squared lip. Exterior downturned flange with rounded lip. Similar to C-1976-265 (Villing and Pemberton 2010, p. 601, no. 67, fig. 23), although may be Sikyonian product.
Material:   Coarse very pale brown clay with common small to medium subrounded tabular and angular platy dark gray inclusions, rare small subrounded tabular reddish brown inclusions, and rare small voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/1-2 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Four joining frgts., preserving complete profile. Two non-joining frgts. left in Lot 2015-88: first with 6 joining frgts., preserving rim; second with 2 joining frgts., preserving rim.
