Description:   Italian sigillata plate (Conspectus form 3?) with flaring ring foot, horizontal floor, and convex wall.
Decoration:   Excellent red slip on interior and exterior (2.5YR 4/8). Deep ridge where floor meets wall, two deep incised circles around smaller incised circle on floor.
Writing:   stamp. Stamp in center of floor: [DE]RASTICANIS in planta pedis. Stamp clear. Similar to C-1968-281 (Slane 1990, Corinth 18.2, cat. 87; see for additional comparanda).
Material:   Fine pink fabric, hard fired.
Munsell Color:   5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving 1/2 base. Slip very well preserved. Stamp well preserved.
Period:   1 st c. A.C.
Chronology:   80-100 CE or slightly later, based on comparanda in Corinth 18.2.
