Description:   Carinated cup (FS 240). Shallow ring base, carinated body, slightly flaring lip; maximum diameter at rim, high swung vertical strap handle from rim to carination rises well above rim.
Decoration:   Exterior painted monochrome with reserved lower body and foot; back of handle painted solid; interior painted monochrome.
Material:   Fine hard pink buff clay
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5 YR 7/5 (pink/reddish yellow), Core: 2.5 YR 6/7 (light red), Paint: 10 R 4-5/8 (red)
Condition:   Complete profile. 9 joining fragments preserve all of base, 90% of body, 80% of rim, 1 handle
