Description:   Deep bowl (FS 284). Shallow ring base, convex lower body with vertical upper body to slightly flaring lip. Two horizontal round handles attached 1/3 of the way down the body.
Decoration:   Exterior slipped and painted. Horizontal band at base, mid-body, and riml three splashed on handle. Main zone decorated with facial tricurved arch (FM 62) with parallel chevron and isolated semicircle fill. Interior painted monochrome with reserved circle at center.
Material:   Fine hard clay with some fine grit
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10 YR 8/4 (very pale brown) to 2.5 YR 5.5/6 (red/light red), Paint: 2.5 YR 4.5/8 (red) to 5 YR 3-5/4 (dark reddish brown/brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. 14 joining fragments preserve 90% of base, 1/2 of body, 2/3 of rim, 1 handle
