Description:   Jug with ring foot, clearly added as a coil of clay, flat resting surface, rounded undersurface. Ca. biconical body with rounded transition, narrow cylindrical neck rising to plain lip, which continues upward in blunt cutaway spout. Vertical handle, triple-round, attached to max. diam. and neck just below lip, opposite spout.
Decoration:   Plastic decoration of same clay: 2 long parallel strips on body descending vertically from rim to mid part of lower body; heavy round ring circling base of neck.
Material:   Relatively fine light yellow clay with dense admixture of fine black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 2.5Y 8/3
Condition:   Complete profile. Numerous joining frgts., complete profile; complete foot with few chips in perimeter, 4/5 body, complete neck, complete mouth except for one small section, complete handle. RIP, including most of plastic strips on one side.
