Description:   Mould for a female face. Hair in a heavy mass rolled over narrow fillet. Oval face with rounded chin. Features of mouth destroyed by break. Inscription on back ambiguious due to break; may read MO or NIO. Handmade from model.

Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed into back of mould with sharp tool, Greek: MO or NIO
Material:   Fine pink clay with rare fine inclusions and rare small, circular voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 8/3 (pink)
Condition:   Missing parts. Two joining frgts, preserving all of face except lower right side
Manufacture:   F01 F HM
Period:   4th c. B.C.
