Description: | Mould for a female face. Thick hair surrounding face in heavy masses and gathered in knot over forehead; surface of hair varied by shallow grooves of irregular depth. Oval face with indistinct facial features due to wear or recopying. Similar to KH 28 (Deposit 3, cat. 30), KH 29 (Deposit 2, cat. 31), KH 31 (Deposit 4, cat. 32) and KH 32 (Deposit 4, cat. 33). Handmade from two sheets of clay with model. | |
