Description:   Kantharos with relatively high lower body and shorter upper body. Similar in some ways to Boiotian kantharoi. Lower body rounded, upper concave. Low ring foot. Two concentric grooves on bottom. 2 band vert. handles attached to shoulder, presumably also to rim.
Decoration:   Black and applied white paint. Neck alternating birds with raised wings and tails, r., and vert. branches in applied white, probably three birds on either side.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay. No visible inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Missing parts. 7 frgts., preserving base, body, shoulder, part of neck. Handles are not preserved. Chipped and worn paint.
