Description:   Howland tpe 27 lamp with low disk foot, conical undersurface continuing into open socket; deep vertical body, narrow slightly downturned rim, large fill hole. Central socket projects above rim. Long broad nozzle, flat on top, rounded at tip, with wick hole at tip.
Decoration:   Black glaze over all, dull.
Writing:   graffito. ? Possible graffito on bottom of foot, Greek P .
Material:   Hard-fired, well-compacted red clay, fracture granular.
Munsell Color:   Slightly yellower than 2.5YR 5/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., ca. half lamp including all of nozzle.
