Description:   North African type lamp with biconical body, recessed flat rim and disk, separated by plastic ridge that turns into channel to nozzle; central fill hole; large air hole in channel and start of large wick hole.
Decoration:   Rim: row of rectangles and dots in relief, framed by small dots; disk: cross with raised outline, filler of dots, oval loop at top; circles in arms of cross.
Material:   Fine well-compacted tan clay with few fine black (?) inclusions, a few sparkling and voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 5/6
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving 2/3 of left side of lamp: upper body to center of disk, start of nozzle and 1/4 wick hole. Burning on nozzle.
