Description:   Type XXVII lamp with ring surrounding shallow concave disk.
Decoration:   Disk: gladiatorial combat, of which have head, torso of figure at lt., directed 3/4 rt. with one leg raised, lt. arm holding small round shield, lt. down; wears loincloth around waist; several small pellets from plaster mould. Indistinct impression.
Material:   Fine buff clay with many tiny sparkling, some white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Redder than 10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving lt. edge of disk, part of one figure.
