Description:   Lamp with bottom offset by groove, flaring body, broad nearly flat rim with raised panels, band framing shallow concave disk. Air hole at edge of disk, U-shaped nozzle framed by raised panel; vertical pierced lug handle possibly ending above bottom.
Decoration:   Rim: impressed tongues. disk: framing scene is pattern of raised triangles, points toward center; in low relief gladiatorial combat: feet of two opposing figures preserved.
Material:   Fine buff clay.
Munsell Color:   Yellower than 7.5YR 6/4
Condition:   Fragment. Eight joining frgts. preserving profile from edge of bottom up, 4/5 body, 3/4 rim, 1/4 disk - missing center, nozzle, lower 2/3 handle. No clear burning.
