Description:   Lamp with almond-shaped flat bottom, deep straight flaring body, broad flat rim, shallow concave disk with framing ring, 4 off-center fill holes; U-shaped nozzle with large wick hole. Small vertical lug handle, broken by mould joint.
Decoration:   Bottom: small branch, framed by Sigma Omega with 2 small circles below letters, another at nozzle end, 2 at handle base, 2 framing lines. Rim:herringbone set well in from edge. disk: cross-monogram with open loop to rt., cross has flaring tips, impressed dot at center and ends of 4 arms, raised rib in each arm. Handle: 2 grooves on upper half, one on lower.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed in mould on bottom: Sigma Omega Soteiria lamp shop
Material:   Fine hard-fired brown clay with scattered white inclusions, pores, numerous tiny sparkling inclusions.
