Description:   Handmade terracotta figurine of quadruped animal with very long pointed nose, erect ears, short, thick neck, short body, and thick tail.
Decoration:   Swatch of black paint across back and down left side.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay with medium rounded spherical inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving head, stubs of ears, neck, torso, stubs of tail and legs. Black paint preserved on back and proper left side.
Findspot Description:   Area of West end of NW Shops. Found with vase fragments (MF-16 from 1st series) near pier "H".
