Description:   Conical loomweight with slightly concave base, high bevelling, convex sides tapering to a pointed top, single transverse suspension hole 0.016 from top. Profile X, as MF 2848 (Corinth XII, p. 169, no. 1168, fig. 23).
Writing:   stamp. Below bevelling, rectangular stamp, APX, upside down. As MF2766 (Corinth XII, pp. 160, 169, no. 1175, Fig. 27).
Material:   Coarse very pale brown clay, with pink firing cloud covering one half of surface, with frequent medium to very large spherical and tabular angular mudstone and crog, rare medium rounded white lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Clay: Between 7.5YR 8/4 (pink) and 10YR 8/4 (very pale brown). Firing cloud between 2.5YR 7/4 (light reddish brown) and 5YR 7/4 (pink).
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact.
