Description:   Small round disk, flat on one side, slightly concave on side with stamp, with rounded edges. For glass stamps, see Corinth XII, p. 334, nos. 2874-2876 (MF 8130, 7111, 8331), MF 7819, 7106. For glass weights, see S. Bendall, Byzantine Weights: An Introduction, London 1996, pp. 60-65.
Writing:   stamp. Cross in center with monogram, N at the terminus of the right arm, E at the terminus of the left arm, a pomegranate at the terminus of the upper arm, and a floral decoration at the terminus of the lower arm. Cf. MF 1976 4.
Material:   Clear bluish glass.
Condition:   Complete or intact. Almost complete, small nick spanning 70 degrees of the edge. Completely covered in enamel weathering flaked off in one place.
