Description:   Byzantine bronze fork with 2 tines, each rhomboidal in section, linked at top by horseshoe-shaped element with flaring tips at top of tines; above, a handle consisting of an upside down, short triangle and a tall, narrow triangular tang which would have been inserted into a handle of different material. Previously published as a bifurcated probe.
