Description:   Female head, modelled separately and set into body. Turned very slightly to proper right. Hair pulled back from central part, probably to be gathered at back of head; waves deeply cut above right ear, then braid circling head; hair over crown rendered by finely incised lines. Oval face, high triangular forehead, straight brows with shallow set eyes, upper lid offset by lightly incised line. Pupil and iris not rendered. Straight nose, very deeply drilled nostrils. Small straight mouth with lips parted and deeply cut with tiny drill at corners. Pointed chin, long neck. Surface smoothed but not polished, faint rasping on sides of neck. Tenon rounded on bottom, finely picked. Back of head worked separately; joint worked with anathyrosis, part of iron pin preserved 0.075m down from top of head, set in horizontally 0.065m, D. 0.014m. From pediment of Temple E.
Material:   Fine white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Several joining fragments, head to base of tenon; missing left side of head from crown through lt. temple, right half of neck.
