Description:   Coffer slab, with three panels, surrounded by ornamental band of conventionalized floral chain between 2 astragals; chain also separates panels. At each of 2 extant corners is a rosette. Panels, lt. to rt.: 00.41 x 00.425 x 00.055 deep, bust of Selene, frontal with head turned slightly to proper lt. Hair pulled back from face in waves, with long lock over either shoulder; wears narrow headband, peplos; behind, crescent moon. Panel 2, 00.41 x 00.43 x 00.04-00.055, bust of Helios, head turned slightly to proper rt., framed by 7 long rays; wavy shoulder-length hair; wears chlamys (?). Panel 3, 00.45, rosette, framed by Lesbian leaf around edge. Both heads have incised irises, drilled pupils.Non-joining frgt. gives end.
