Description:   Closed vessel, almost certainly a jug of unprecise form.
Decoration:   Light-Painted Fine Pollished (Blegen's Class A, no. 2 "Yellow Mottled): mottled exterior in blue-gray and orangy-red, similar to Z-861 (Blegen 1928, Zygouries, pp. 78–79, pl. IX.3). Three horiztonal-diagonal, round ridged, raised plastic bands around upperbody, probably just below neck, similar to Z-861 (Blegen 1928, Zygouries, pp. 78–79, pl. IX.3).
Material:   Very fine pink clay without inclusions or voids.
Munsell Color:   Slip: 7.5YR 5/1–6/1 (gray) and 5YR 6/4 (light reddish brown); interior: 5YR 7/3 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining frgts., preserving of body probably from just below the neck.
