Herringbone on rim, with triangle of curved grooves at the nozzle. Grooves and ridges on the discus, and also on the reverse.
Handle unpierced; three grooves above; two below.

Fragment from upper part of head. Crest of lion had been cut in separate piece and attached with two round iron pins set in white cement.

Broken around except on top and face. Much of painted pattern preserved on hawk's beak and fascia. Doric cymation on hawk's beak, maeander on fascia.
