[Agora Deposit] F 17:3: Well

Although separated by a sterile rocky fill the two use fillings are apparently one continuous accumulation (GRE). Packing around well includes SS 14261, P 25943-P 25953. These are not given a subdivision ... 350-300 B.C. to ca. 225 B.C.

[Agora Deposit] F 19:3: Well

Unfinished well, all one fill; solid bedrock at a depth of -2.47m. It contained masses of broken rooftiles and probably was used as a refuse pit after the sack of Athens by Sulla. Twenty-three stamped ... Early 1st c. B.C.

Listed in notebook as at 6/ΛΗ but later found to be at 12/ΛΗ. Originally B 16:1. Large cistern distinguished by a short (1.75m) blind tunnel running SW from its floor, and a shallow (ca. 0.80m originally) ... Ca. 150 B.C.
