Two-nozzled lamp with a rising tube in the middle. The broad flat rim has a shallow channel in it. Flat on under side. Ridged rim.

Flat round base, rising to a cone in center inside. The lamp body projects out beyond the base; the side is almost straight vertical, and the plain rim is tilted slightly downward ...
