Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   This is a small fill in the northern third of the apse section. There were three or four broken tiles lying on top of the fill. They did not appear to be part of the floor structure. They may have fallen from a roof and gotten left there right before they filled the section with fill (1036 and 1037). The levels rested on the limestone dust/mortar dust spanning the rest of the section.
