The foundation trench was identified by Thannasis for wall 659. The trench is only along the northern half of the wall, north of the robbing trench. The trench apppears to cut a flood (not yet excavated) abd reveals a rubble fill that appears to have a slightly different alignment than wall 659. As such, it is possible that wall 659 and its foundation trench (cut 673) are latrer than the floor and contexts in Room 9, that is, that the room may have been a room prior to the construction of wall 659 and that the current boundaries of Room 9 may not reflect the actual boundaries of room 9 at the date of this context.
