Type:   Basket
Name:   Temple E, Southeast, context 712
Area:   Temple E, Southeast
Title:   Dark Fill W. of robbing pit room 9
Category:   Deposit
Notebook:   1109
Context:   712
Date:   2015/05/09
Stratum:   50 % with mostly spherical, sub-rounded fine pebbles, a few small roof tiles, and a couple of small bones
Description:   The soil color is dark reddish black. The soil compaction is hard. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy clay.
Notes:   Context 712 was a dump of fill in the western part of the room, which was blacker in color than previous contexts in the area and cut by the rectangular trench 692/695, so it is possible its Southern border once extended further. Like other dumped deposits in this area, it seems to have been for leveling.
