Stratum:   40% inclusions, coarse pebbles and cobbles, sub-rounded tabular, tile, pottery, bone.
Description:   The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Soil is yellowish brown, but more reddish than surrounding contexts. Beneath and earlier than 812. Loose soil with large inclusions. Surrounded to North and West by harder soil layer without the large inclusions. Small worked stone piece. Inclusions get smaller and fewer lower down.

Cuts into the surface to the east, and extends along wall to East (which is cleaning context 816)
LN: 814 was dug deeper in its northern part, where it abutted 817. Very similar layer to 820, and may have actually been the same context. AMS 20/6/15
LN: A. Sitz 23/6/15 - 814 is at a slightly higher level than 829, so it may postdate 829. Or couldhave been top ofa pile of rubble that pre-existed 829.
