Description: | The soil color is dark yellowish grey. The soil compaction is stongly cemented. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clay.
Notes: | Continuation of well fill. New level started at an arbitrary level, simply in order to analyze changes in pottery as we go deeper. Soil still looks the same- comes out in large clumps too hard to be broken by hand. Dry, breaks in angular chunks. Still large pieces of pottery coming out. Few stones/pebbles. Piece of worked marble found in dirt; smooth, curved side. 24/06/2015 Larkin Kennedy, Rossana Valente Animal bones all kept in pottery lot 2015-43 (0.82 kg).
