Stratum:   15% inclusions. Tile, marble chunks (including large pieces), boulders, ceramics (large pieces)
Description:   The soil color is light yellowish grey. The soil compaction is stongly cemented. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty clay.
Notes:   Change in contexts at midmorning, while working through a backlog of buckets at the sieve. Thanassis reports a change in soil, to fill that is softer, whiter, and with fewer stone inclusions.
Greater concentration of pottery fragments than some earlier contexts (1 full bucket after 20 buckets of soil).
Though Thanassis reported a change in color and softness of soil, that coming out in buckets looks about the same- large, hard chunks that must be broken with a pick, greenish grey, with reddish portions.
Lots of pieces of marble in this context (5-20cm), all thrown.
